Welcome to Hornbeam Class!

We are a Year three class of 29 children. Our class teacher is Mrs Morris and we have two teaching assistants called Mrs Marker and Mrs Scott (1:1). Please enjoy reading over all the exciting things we do in our class each term.

Here is our learning journey for the Spring term. Please have a look to see what we are learning in every subject.

Topic

Each term we enjoy learning through a different topic. This gives us a purpose and helps us deepen our learning. Over the year we learn about a wide variety of interesting things. Below are some things we have learnt so far.

Term 4 - Our new topic is 'Mighty Metals'...

We have enjoyed watching videos about the Romans and beginning our research to deepen our learning. We have began by learning about Roman soldiers, Roman empire but there is lots more to learn. It is going to lead upto having a Roman Invasion Day where we will be presenting our own myths.
